Return and Exchange Policy

If you don't love your metal print, you may return your undamaged print within 15 days of delivery day for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping and there is a 20% restocking fee and we do not refund credit card processing fees.  This excludes customized pieces; these are non-refundable.  We will NOT refund orders that request to be returned due to COVID-19 shipping delays caused by carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, and any other carrier) as this is outside of our control. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Exchanges:

We understand that sometimes products don't fit where they are meant to be placed (ex. door corners) if that happens we will gladly exchange the undamaged piece for a piece that fits.  The customer is responsible for any cost associated with shipping the product back to us.  We will ship your new product for free.  We will only exchange products that are equal or lesser in price and size (ex a door corner for a different style door corner)
